Dance Medicine
Dance Medicine invites you to dance with rhythmic vibrations for the soul, with live DJs. Come just as you are to dance, to move and to express yourself fully. All of you is welcome on the Dance Floor. Allow the rhythms to enter you and feel free with the music. Each 2 hour dance session is led by a specialist ecstatic dance DJ playing inspirational music to get your body moving. Sessions start with a short meditation around the Peace Flame, with the option to set an intention and centre with your heart before heading to the Dance floor. The dance floor is a place of joy for all levels of dance and fitness.

She has knowledge of working with the body using holistic massage breath therapy and Reiki healing.
