About
Our popular youth club is an exciting opportunity to meet new friends and join in with fun activities. We welcome all young people, aged 10 – 19 years.

The clubs offers the usual regular activities such as air hockey, table football, pool, arts and crafts etc., but with additional fun activities focusing on important issues, like relationships, health and well-being, sexual health, personal safety, participation and independence.

New members will be given an induction covering rules, safety and safeguarding. They will be buddied up with a long standing member, who will show them around, explain how the club works and generally make them feel welcome.

Members are asked for their opinion on how the club is run and activities are based on their interests.

Opportunities are provided for young people to seek support and advice relating to health, personal issues, education and careers on an ‘established need’ basis.

The club is partly funded by Glastonbury Town Council and YMCA Brunel Group. All Youth Club staff hold an enhanced clean DBS certificate. They also receive regular training in safeguarding, health and safety, fire safety, first aid and safe food handling.

The youth club runs term-time only.
