Red Brick Building Youth Club

Covid-19 Statement:
The Youth Club is currently operating within Covid-secure restrictions, with extra cleaning before and after sessions. Friendship bubbles are being created and, therefore, attendance will be by invitation only and on rotation. Any young people who show up without an invitation will unfortunately be turned away.

(Sessions run term-time only)
Fridays: 7.15pm – 8.45pm

50p a week

Our popular youth club offers free-flow activities, such as air hockey, table tennis, board games, music and crafts. We also provide issue-based activities, which are delivered in a fun and engaging way. For example, we might talk about bullying using stop frame animation. Or, we may cover healthy eating by making some tasty nutritious food. All the activities are based on our members’ interests and needs.

The club is partly funded by Glastonbury Town Council and YMCA Brunel Group. It is run by three youth workers and supported by a number of dedicated volunteers. All staff and volunteers hold enhanced DBS checks and have received safeguarding training.

The youth club runs term-time only and is closed for planning on the last Friday of each new term. Club reps are invited to attend this planning meeting. On the last Friday in a half-term, the club is closed for staff/volunteer training.
