Connecting with Ourselves and the Earth
Welcoming beginners, this course offers you a chance to relax, unwind and develop your creativity, in sessions which bring together the healing power of mindfulness and art.
This popular course provides: an introduction to mindfulness and how it can be used as a wellbeing technique. Each week, the course will begin with exploring a different aspect of mindfulness. There will also be the opportunity to explore your creativity with a range of different art materials in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. The course is not about being ‘good’ at art, but using art to support your wellbeing.
