Grammar tells us when a sentence is correct. Logic tells us when a sentence is true.
In this lecture, John Martineau will demonstrate the various ways in which we assign truth to statements. Then, in a mock Brexit debate, we will uncover, one by one, the numerous fallacies which are used by politicians and advertisers to push untruths on us every day.
