EGM 30th April 2018 – Shareholder Meeting

This meeting is open to Shareholders of the Red Brick Building only.

We were unable to receive a financial report at the AGM in January due to illness and agreed to hold an EGM to address this and approve the accounts. The EGM will be held in the Event Space on Monday 30^th April 2018 starting at 7pm with registration from 6.30pm.

The agenda for the EGM is:

1. Apologies
2. To receive the Treasurer’s Report
3. To approve the Accounts for the Red Brick Building Centre Ltd and Red Brick Tenancy Services
4. To receive any questions from shareholders
5. Any other business
