Flexible Desk Hire
The Hub is one of two co-working offices at the Red Brick Building, and provides flexible and affordable hot desk rental in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Desks can be rented by the day on an ad-hoc basis, or on a more permanent basis with our monthly contracts. We offer contracts from 1 day per week to full time, allowing you to choose what works best for you.
Pricing
The cost of renting a desk in The Hub starts from £30 per month. See below for a full list of our prices, including drop-in rates for one-off days, right up to full time dedicated desk rentals.

Our tenants regularly tell us they love working from the Red Brick Building because it gives them the space to be more productive and structured, and allows them to separate their work life from their home life.
We offer superfast broadband, office printing facilities and a reception staffed by volunteers. Downstairs you’ll find The Old Tannery, where you can treat yourself to a hot drink, lunch or delicious cake.
The benefits of hiring a hot desk go beyond our affordable rates. You will also save on business rates, cleaning, repairs and maintenance, reception, security and insurance. And there’s no VAT to pay.
Need space for a meeting or networking event?
If you need a room to hold a business meeting, conference or larger event, we can help there, too.
We have two fantastic hire spaces, with capacities ranging from 20 – 150 people or more. Each room can be hired by the hour, half day or full day.
Office opening times
We close a little earlier on Mondays and Sundays, but stay open later throughout the rest of the week:
Mondays: 9am – 5pm
Tuesdays – Saturdays: 9am – 10pm
Sundays: 9.30am – 5pm
We’re open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Accessibility
Based between Glastonbury and Street, the Red Brick Building is easily accessible. The main bus routes pass just outside the building, and there’s free parking and bicycle racks in our car park.
The building is fully accessible with a disabled lift to the first floor, accessible toilets on the ground floor, and hearing loops in all of our meeting rooms.
Above all, it’s a supportive and inclusive environment with a great atmosphere.
