The Old Tannery is a relaxed and informal restaurant and bar, owned by chef Matt Brooks and his wife Anneliese. Matt is the former Head Chef of the award-winning Bocabar Glastonbury, which ran at the Red Brick Building from 2013 – 2020, and his exceptional dishes contributed to many of Bocabar’s Taste of the West awards.
Matt and his team deliver fresh and seasonal menus inclusive of all dietary preferences, and champion many local producers and suppliers. The bar has an extensive cocktail list and some excellent local craft beers. Their Front of House team ensure that customers always have a friendly, attentive and relaxed experience.
The Old Tannery work alongside the Red Brick Building to co-host our extensive programme of live music and events on most Fridays and Saturdays.
