Stir to Action – make a difference in your local community

We’ve teamed up with Stir to Action to put on three exciting one day workshops in May and June 2017. They cover Transforming the Local Economy, Community Entrepreneurship and Crowdfunding.
This one-day training delivers the essential know how to undertake and run your own ‘community-supported entrepreneurism’ strategy with Jay Tompt from Totnes REconomy
Got an idea? Need to raise some money? Join us for this introductory and interactive workshop about how to run a successful crowdfunding campaign. We’ll deliver practical step-by-step instruction, with insider knowledge and expertise from Crowdfunder.co.uk with Abby Gordon-Farleigh.
15th July: Edventure: One Day in Community Entrepreneurship
Edventure Frome – the school for community enterprise responsible for multiple successful projects – will be sharing the methods behind their achievements. We’ll be using the setting at the Red Brick to explore community engagement, start-up and education tools, facilitation techniques and entrepreneurial learning.
The cost is just £10 per place per workshop. Book quickly – just a few remaining tickets!
Look out for more news of workshops taking place in the summer!
