This one-day training gives delivers the essential know how to undertake and run your own ‘community-supported entrepreneurism’ strategy and is for anyone wanting to transform their local and regional economy to become truly sustainable and resilient.
What will this workshop cover?
- Preparing the Soil – assessing current state of readiness and developing plans to build fertile conditions for a strategic projects – Local Economic Blueprints, productive relationships, networks, funding, etc.
- Planting the Acorn – planning and implementing a Local Entrepreneur Forum, including timeline, communications, programme, recruiting and coaching,
- Growing the Ecosystem – leveraging the LEF into a broader community-led economic strategy, including incubators, ‘fab lab’s’, investor networks, and more
Recommended for social enterprise networks, development and regeneration NGOs, community groups, and local authorities. This one day training delivers practical step by step instruction and advice based on 5 years experience with this approach. It includes online resources.
