Seed of Hope is a Community Interest Company providing recovery-based social and therapeutic gardening for people with mental health problems.
They work across Somerset in Cannington, Watcher and Glastonbury.
They use the intrinsic elements of gardening (hope, exercise, being outdoors, team work, working with nature, and seasonal produce) to support people in their recovery journey.
