Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Red Brick Building Centre Ltd.

To be held in the Event Space of the Red Brick Building, Morland Road, Glastonbury at 6pm on Monday 20th January 2020.

This is the rescheduled date of the postponed November 2019 AGM.

This meeting is for Shareholders of the Red Brick Building Centre Ltd only.

We require a minimum of 10% of our members to attend to ensure the meeting can go ahead. Please confirm your attendance by registering for a free ticket here. If you can’t make it, please complete and return the proxy form so your vote can be counted.

6. To authorise the board to re-appoint and set renumeration of the accountants Maxwells.
