Annika Skoogh
A fabulous evening of latin, swing and soulful jazz, from one of the top jazz singers in the South West.
Plus a delicious dinner from The Old Tannery!
Born in South America and raised in Sweden, Annika Skoogh is a highly celebrated multilingual jazz vocalist with a natural talent and a beautiful tone. She brings a special blend of Scandinavian charm and Latin flavour to her performances and is a firm favourite on the jazz scene here in the South West.
Annika will be accompanied by some of the finest: Terry Quinney (sax), Tom Berge (keys), Ron Phelan (bass) and Paolo Adamo (drums) and together they will perform some of Annika’s absolute favourite jazz tunes. Expect an eclectic mix of jazz, swing, Latin and soulful songs for good measure. Together they make an exceptional band and this show is going to be something very special. Don’t miss it!
“…She has a very fine voice and knows how to enhance it to its full quality. She’s a wow!” – Marlborough International Jazz Festival
