Never danced flamenco before? Come along to have a go at this passionate and vibrant dance form from Southern Spain.

Complete beginners welcome. For more experienced dancers, Karina will teach Alegrías and also work with both abanico (fan) and mantón (shawl).

Sunday 5th December

12pm – 5.15pm

Workshops

12pm – 1.30pm: Level 1 – Tangos
Suitable for complete beginners and those with a little experience.

1.45pm – 2.45pm: All Levels – Technique
Body, turns, footwork, arms, marking etc.

3.15pm – 5.15pm: Level 2 – Alegrías
Suitable for intermediates with a good grounding in flamenco dance. Please bring a fan and mantón (shawl).

Level 1: £15 advance / £20 on the door

Technique: £12 advance / £15 on the door

Level 2: £25 advance / £30 on the door
