Yoga Flows

A mixture of Hatha (traditional), Vinyasa (flow) and Yin (restorative/relaxing) yoga. Integrating body, mind and breath and incorporating chakras, meditation and relaxation.

Work with your body boundaries, aiming for strength and flexibility in all that we do!

(Classes run term-time only)
Wednesdays: 9.30am – 10.30am (in the Event Space)
Fridays: 10.00am – 11.00am (in the Studio)

Drop-in session: £10 per class
6 week block booking (one session per week): £48
6 week block booking (two sessions per week): £84
