A delightful Saturday morning Hatha yoga practice of postures, pranayama and stillness to find harmony and balance.
Traditional Hatha yoga is a physical and spiritual discipline which aims to bring the mind and body into perfect balance. The class is suitable for all, including those with no experience. It focuses mainly on the practice of postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama). Practising Hatha yoga will help clear the mind and channel all emotions, enabling you to dispel stress and anxiety as you tone and strengthen the body.
Andrew is a long term practitioner and has more than 15 years experience in teaching yoga: running his yoga studio Pure Yoga Cheshire, teaching online with the Ekhart Yoga team for the past 10 years and running retreats and workshops in UK and abroad. He teaches regular CPD days for the BWY.
Please bring your own mat.
