Exercise in disguise!

Aerial Yoga, or ‘Yoga Trapeze’, is a challenging class, which develops all over body strength and flexibility.  In Aerial yoga we use a Yoga Trapeze – hanging fabric trapeze with additional handles.  In each hour class we do some body conditioning and then work on developing ‘tricks’ or poses.  This is a new style of yoga which is amazing for your core strength as well as everywhere else!  Fairies and unicorns welcome!

Mondays: 9.00am – 10.00am, with Vicky Bratt
Tuesdays: 6.00pm – 7.00pm & 7.00pm – 8.00pm, with Julie Holder
Thursdays: 6.15pm – 7.15pm, with Caron Law
Fridays: 9.00am – 10.00am, with Mahala Wall
Saturdays: 9.00am – 10.00am, with Kath Burleton
