Fun, friendly and easy Latin dance classes, suitable for all skill levels. Laura and Alister have been dancing for over a decade and teaching since 2009. They have trained with some of the UK's top teachers and specialists from New York and Latin America. They take a relaxed approach to their classes; dancing is firstly about enjoying yourself, and that's the best way to learn!
Dance Medicine
The Red Brick Building Morland Road, Glastonbury, Somerset, United KingdomDance Medicine invites you to dance with rhythmic vibrations for the soul, with live DJs. Come just as you are to dance, to move and to express yourself fully. All of you is welcome on the Dance Floor. Allow the rhythms to enter you and feel free with the music. Each 2 hour dance session is led by a specialist ecstatic dance DJ playing inspirational music to get your body moving. Sessions start with a short meditation around the Peace Flame, with the option to set an intention and centre with your heart before heading to the Dance floor. The dance floor is a place of joy for all levels of dance and fitness.
