Seed of Hope

Glastonbury Group

Seed of Hope is a Community Interest Company providing recovery-based social and therapeutic gardening for people with mental health problems.

They work across Somerset and use the intrinsic elements of gardening (hope, exercise, being outdoors, teamwork, working with nature, and seasonal produce) to support people in their recovery journey.

The sessions are open to everyone. Wear clothes and shoes suitable for gardening and the weather!

No need to book; just turn up.
