Find the joy in moving with Pilates in these fun, challenging, and restorative classes.
We’ll be working to increase mobility, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Suited for all abilities. Exercises can be adapted and modified to suit individual needs or progressed for those requiring more of a challenge.
Classes
Mondays: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursdays: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Prices
Drop-in session: £9 per class
4 week block booking (one session per week): £32
