Tai Chi Qigong or Shibashi is a fusion of Tai Chi and Qigong and consists of 18 gentle flowing movements accompanied by abdominal breathing.
Shibashi has many physical benefits including aiding flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for all ages and abilities aiding concentration and co-ordination and bringing a sense of calm and focus to the body, mind and spirit.
The sessions end with seated fragrant Qigong and Qigong meditation leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
A donation of £3 per session is requested to cover costs. No need to book.
