Somerset Art Weeks returns for 2024! This year is the Somerset Art Weeks Festival, where collaborative exhibitions and group shows spring up across the region. Artists and makers of every medium, from painting to performance, will be joining the Festival to form part of this celebration of our county’s exciting creative voices.
The theme of the 2024 Somerset Art Weeks Festival is ‘Landscape: Flux and Flow’.
About this year’s exhibition:
This year, the Red Brick Building has teamed up with Bridie’s Farm in Glastonbury, as well as local artists, to offer a collection of art, installations and workshops held across the Red Brick Building, Community Garden, and Bridie’s Farm.
There will be an exhibition of paintings and photography within the Red Brick Building and The Old Tannery restaurant, plus an installation and soundscapes within the Red Brick Building Community Garden.
Over on Bridie’s Farm there, will be a Stone Soup gathering and a reconnection workshop on selected days.
This year’s featured artists are: Delphi Barney, Julia Bedford, John Fleming, Chloe Forfitt, and Keelie Hamer
