In this fun and creative workshop, you will learn the basics of lino printing while exploring the fascinating world of bugs! Everyone will design their own bug-inspired artwork, carve it into lino, and create a variety of prints to take home, all with expert guidance from Jen! Bring some images you like or get some inspiration from materials at the workshop.
Perfect for nature enthusiasts and budding artists, this hands-on session encourages creativity and introduces children to the eye-catching art of printmaking.
Suitable for children aged 10 and over.
About Jen: Jen is a Somerset-based teacher, photographer, and printmaker with a passion for creative expression. Specialising in camera-less photographic printing, alternative photographic techniques, darkroom printing, and lino cutting, Jen combines her artistic expertise with her love of teaching to inspire young minds. In her lively workshops, she encourages children to explore their creativity through the exciting art of lino cutting in an enjoyable and engaging environment.
