A night of Cuban music, Latin & Salsa

Milly Riquelme is back in Glastonbury!

Her last two shows here were sold-out, and we were treated to the most fantastic and authentic Cuban melodies, Bossa Nova classics and up-beat Latin grooves to dance to. With her band La Cubana, Milly will be playing her signature songs alongside tunes from her latest album.

Milly has been a musical director and pianist with Cuban Salsa and Latin bands in Havana since 2006. She has collaborated with other well-known Cuban Musicians, like Nicolas Sirgado and Mayito Ribera; pillars of the popular Cuban and Latin jazz in Cuba.

She is a passionate musician and has performed extensively as a solo pianist/singer, and with her Latin band La Cubana in London and internationally.

Milly will be joined tonight by the fantastic La Cubana Band. If you love live Latin and Cuban music, and maybe you love to salsa too, don’t miss this.

The Old Tannery will also be providing their usual “Jazz Supper”, which can be ordered alongside the event tickets.
