Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a strong flowing form of yoga combining a set sequence of asanas with precise ‘counted’ breath work. Having practised Ashtanga since 2005 I aim for make this practise accessible to all those drawn to give it a try. I offer beginners courses in small groups so you can get to grips with the foundations & get the attention you need before moving on to a led class. Booking essential.
