Fundamental exercises and principles followed by Form work and practice, with some exploration towards the end of each class into the application of the individual forms. Fun, energising and informative. Increase wellbeing.

Jae Willis has been training in Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan for over twenty years and is a long term student of Grand Master Wu Kwong Yu (Sifu Eddie Wu).
