A gentle flowing Hatha Yoga and relaxation class, exploring the vitality of breath and responding to the rhythm of the seasons. The class includes Settling, Mantra, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Relaxation.

Yoga has been at the centre of Thalia’s life since she was five, as a source of vitality and well being. She is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher, trained by the Mandala Yoga Ashram.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Spaces are limited, so please book ahead.
