Blissed-Out Yoga: Floor Class

A vinyasa flow-based class with breath work. These Yoga classes are inclusive for all levels, with music and a playful approach. A typical yoga class format with Yoga Nidra (relaxation), pranayama and meditation to finish.
Emmaline is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching in Glastonbury since 2008. She started yoga in her early 20s when she was training in Japanese Butoh dance and also in tai chi. She worked as a performer through her 20s and yoga formed the basis of her dance and training.
“Yoga has stayed with me through my life, I can’t live without it. I have found it has benefitted me beyond measure, which is why I became a teacher. It enhances every facet of life and helps you begin to get to understand yourself and others.”

Wednesdays: 9.30am – 10.30am (in the Event Space)
Fridays: 10.00am – 11.00am (in the Studio)
6 week block booking (one session per week): £40
